Community engagement
The University of Leicester is committed to offering support and sanctuary to refugees and asylum seekers from around the world.
Our law students volunteer, giving up their time and applying their legal training to benefit people in the local community who cannot afford legal advice.
Our student volunteers are bringing law to people on the street who may have very little knowledge of our legal system.
